Sarkin Sauti, born Jukun Ekpan, is a talented and ambitious individual who hails from Donga local government. He is a driven individual who thrives on challenges and constantly sets goals for himself, always looking for opportunities to improve and achieve greatness.
Sarkin Sauti attended St. Martin Bright Future Academy, where he began his educational journey in JSS 1 at Henry L Porter in 2008. He graduated in 2014 from GSS Takum, having completed his secondary education.
During his time in secondary school, Sarkin Sauti developed a deep interest in Afro music. At the young age of 17, he started composing and writing his own song lyrics. In 2016, he released his first official track, marking the beginning of his musical journey. Since then, he has successfully released over 15 tracks, including collaborations with other artists.
Some notable tracks by Sarkin Sauti include “Usun Funa Ra” featuring Joel Splash, “Monica” featuring Zeus and Ultimate, and “Waansan” and “Ndonima.” These tracks, along with others, are available for streaming on his Audiomack profile. He has gained recognition for his zeal and creativity in the music industry.
Sarkin Sauti is an independent artist who has established his own label called Lite Tunez Music. With some support from fees, he pursues his dreams and aspirations in the music industry. He is currently working on his EP project titled “Repented Born Again – RBA.” The EP will feature artists from Taraba state and will consist of six tracks.
In addition to his musical endeavors, Sarkin Sauti comes from a farming background. His parents, who are from Donga local government, are engaged in farming as their occupation. Sarkin Sauti has also learned the art of creative drawing from his father, who is a skilled artist. This artistic skill has become a source of income for their family.
Outside of music and art, Sarkin Sauti is a passionate football lover. He enjoys watching news and has a particular fondness for comedy movies. These hobbies provide him with relaxation and inspiration, further fueling his creative pursuits.
