Informing the gathered of the newly appointed officials, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, declared that it marked the culmination of a strenuous pre-qualification exercise for directors conducted by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation. He added that dedication shown by these public servants included competency tests and constructive stakeholder interactions.

This appointment follows shortly after Buhari’s approval on March 29th and was followed by an immediate session led by Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Head of Civil Service, President’s Chief of Staff Prof. Ibrahim Gambari and National Security Adviser Maj-Gen. Babagana Monguno (retd.).
