Nigerian public affairs critic and author Rino Omokuri made a new case. He claimed that since 1998, President-elect Bola Tinub has begun preparations for a presidential victory in 2023. Omokri said Tinub had arranged for some of his supporters to be appointed to commissions such as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the Court of Appeals. He noted that Tinub facilitated the appointment of Ahmed Lawan as Speaker of the Senate and Femi Gbajabiamila as Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Omokuri said on Twitter that both Tinub and Senator Godswill Akpabio learned from the late MKO Aviola. Omokri said the judiciary could treat Tinub better than INEC. he wrote:- “Since 1998, he has been preparing for 2023. He has the former Lagos commissioner as the frontrunner for INEC. Currently working in the Court of Appeals. “He made Rawan Speaker of the Senate and installed Gbaja Biamira as Speaker.
A quarter of Prime Minister Buhari’s Cabinet will be appointed by him. He helped owners of Oando and Alphabet become millionaires. “Tinub and Godswill Akpabio have both learned very well from MKO Aviola.” Omokri noted that the incoming president has turned many journalists into billionaires.
